Kabutos Regeneration=Erasmas Darwins Theory of Spontaneous Gen! Comparative Analysis!
Erasmus' theory of spontaneous generation states that 'life, may be created and or generated/infused into a lifeless thing.'
Thus the dead cells that were once dead, or have been killed are able to be given new life. It is a theory that is evident historically within use of alchemical theories revolving the artificial creation of life.
Kabuto's (and Tsunade's) ability to regenerate and heal his body is comparative to this ancient theory which i believe has been (consciously or unconsciously) implemented by Kishi.
Traditionally the generation of cells is supposedly related to the implementation of electricity (implemented due to discoveries surrounding the workings of our nervous system - and electrical patterns that reinforce memory and retainment of crucial information and additionally the formation of our brain patterns (left and right brained thinking).
This theory transcends the boundaries of fact to fictional belief within the Naruto series which is further embodied through the use of chakra in replacement of electricity (and the chakra circulation system) within both Kabuto and Tsunade's regenerative abilities.
This has further been replicated by, - a bunch of boring stuff that you dont need to read if your not interest - the implementation of stem cell research into a modern context in which old cells are used to regenerate human life (although the cells must be living in the first place).
Studying Frankenstein and Bladerunner ATM, just thought it was an interesting parallel.
