I completely agree, I believe Kishi had made Kimimaro "OPer" than he imaged he could be in Part 1.

I feel like Kabuto had more talent than Sakura in medical ninjutsu....and if he was given the opportunity to train under a genius medical ninja such as Tsunade, things would have obviously been different.... He self taught himself an ability that allows himself to heal injuries without handseals since part 1, something that Madara talked highly about... If I recall, Tsunade also stated something about Kabuto surpassing her in her prime already(can't remember if it was about med ninjutsu or naturally being a ninja


but as it stands, sakura is better than kabuto in the skill....

Sakura is the superior medic shinobi; But Kabuto does have one of if by the most impressive regeneration powers in the manga. Possessing Orochimaru's, Kimimaro's, Karin's, and a variation of Suigetsu's hydroication.
