Deep down everyone is Good.

Good and Evil must be in balance within a person , otherwise the Person will collapse under its own Psychological weight.

Kabuto is fighting in this war , because he feels that he needs to get back hes good side and he's fighting a war inside hes own mind.

Kabuto figuring out who he really is and remembering all the people who he admired and respected.

World has been Cruel on Kabuto , that's one of the Reasons why he fights.

But he just has to give up and accept hes faith and the one who he is.
