1 kabuto cannot stop madars edo as he is not under his control or else he could of stopped itachis edo from the beggining

2 kabuto didnt learn how to stop the edo or there is no way to syop the edo

1. Kabuto resurrected Madara and willingly not controlling him. Once requires then only Kabuto will remove Madara's personality and use him as mindless tool (as happened in case with Nagato/Itachi VS Naruto/Bee)

2. Kabuto knows how to stop edo tensei. He explained it to Tobi and showed the demo (Foo and Torune) plus he did it when he resurrected akatsuki members in front of Tobi to show his perfect edo tensei.
