Kabutos abilities

I don't understand why people think Kabuto is such a powerful ninja
Sure he has the impure World Reserruction Jutsu but despite this what is he able to?

I have the feeling i missed a chapter or something like that because i can't remember him to be so incredible strong (without using impure World Reserruction). I know he is a tough guy but not comparable to Naruto, Sasuke, Madara, Raikage etc.
I think without impure World Reserruction he is kind of helpless against someone like Naruto etc. If i am wrong please show me some pages or something where i can read back about Kabutos abilities.

He is mid strong, maybe a bit stronger now, since he has adopted oro,s abilities wich were not to understimate.

he has fighting skills as we seen with tsunade when they fought. but he is more of a thinker like shikamaru

He has chakra scalpels from his fingers, with it he can sever muscles and tendons. He has a similar technique to the puppeteers, where he can manipulate corpses. He is EXTREMELY intelligent, possibly on par with the Nara clan (IMO). He also has a technique where he can create duplicates of himself, Oro and anyone else using corpses. That's about all they have shown that I can recall.

And without teeth a shark is just a big ass fish, he has impure world resurection which makes him the 1st or second strongest character, even before he had it he was strong, he raped the fith hokage easily.

Now you say he's not as strong as a lot of these ninja, like Madara, however he's controling Madara.

I emplore you to find another ninja who can pull out several A list legend badassess from the their asses just like that and have the ability to control them without even an slight amount of resistance coming from them should he so choose.

Kabuto hasn't been shown to have the physical traits of every other shinobi we've seen, but his mastery of Ninjutsu is unparalleled with the exception of a few people.
