I'll give it to the third. In his prime he would have had enough chakra to have sealed Orochimarus soul. And I doubt Kabuto has many or any style of juitsu the would shock or surprise the 3rd.

But since the original Oro had difficulties vs the 3rd, who was old, W/Edo Tensei...

and many more i think there is no way he could defeat them all
he wouldnt have enough chakra and to go up against itachi sharingan and nagato rinnegan he would get crushed

He would have to first battle through the summons to get to him.
Orochimaru was only using two and it gave him trouble...him fighting even 6(even if they had their minds) would be horrible.

Imagine him summoning Itatchi Nagato kisame Orochimaru Zabuzza former Raikage...how does he get to Kabuto so he can kill him?


Edit: scratch that i just seen the No edo..he would have no chance honestly what would be the point of kabuto to even try.
