Actually Kabuto is right, Naruto is half Uzumaki so his hair is yellow. you know how stupid he would look if he had red hair?

Nagato is of Uzumaki clan, his mom had red hairbut his dad had black hair, he has red hair so he gained red hair from BOTH parents being Uzumaki(theory to have red hair both parents must have uzumaki DNA). He was full Uzumaki. Only reason Naruto has vast chakra is due to Kyuubi. Without it, Naruto wouldn't have finished his Rasengan at all.
