Did he? I don't recall.

Anyways, he does not look human anymore, so I doubt children at orphanage would want him around.

No doubt in my mind that he's running that orphanage in Konoha now. You'd imagine that the first stop for a kid born with no birth records in the village she grew up in would be an orphanage, so expect Kabuto to be tied to Sarada's story. Now that team taka+oro have been shown, Kabuto's whereabouts will most likely be made clear (since they're all connected). I'd be surprised if this orphanage owner and the kid who doesn't know jack about her real parents aren't connected.

Kabuto might be the only character that we might not see. He did say he was gonna return to the orophanage and his brother was even in the war.

Either that or he is with Karin at the other hideout.
