I was sitting down after reading the chapter and i was like "didn't kabuto take his sight away so he wouldn't be effected by genjutsu". so shouldn't the infinite tsukuyomi not effect him?, also i kinda feel like hes gonna be in the battle with kaguya.

Its up to Kishi if he's under it or not, if he's not.. well that kinda makes sense because he can apparently block out his sight, if he is well that makes sense too, this IT is extremely powerful

Kabuto wasnt there when Tobirama left the area they were at. So most likely he is under the IT
