who would win, eh?

can Kabuto take out Neji's nerves with his techniques, or will Neji's gentle fist style be too much to handle?

imo, kabuto wins. master of evasive techniques + medical jutsu + chakra scapels

I guess I will go with Neji based soley on his Byakugen given almost perfect 360 vision. As long as he turns his head enough then he'll see any attack coming and either 1) defend or 2) counter attack.

That being said - if he lets his guard down thinking he's won when he hasn't yet (such as during the Naruto battle) then Kabuto would mutilate him.

But i'll go with Neji

i see. but wouldn't the fight go more along the lines of when he was fighting a clone of himself (along the lines of taijutsu wise)? i don't think kabuto would be hit by neji so easily since he's a top notch med ninja

maybe. orochimaru said that kabuto was "as about as good as kakashi back then...which is kinda hard to believe...but nonetheless, i do see kabuto winning this one

Um, Kabuto easily? He took a (Naruto's first) rasengan to the chest and survived, and a pretty much point blank hit from 3 borderline 4 tails naruto who was basically making Oro spit out new bodies every 3 seconds while Kabuto walked out of the forest with his whatever face on.
