The only shame is he isn't on the battle field to help? ...... Because now orochimaru is back kabuto would listen to him and help like he is ? Because you're question is so redundant that we're giving you one word answers. For one, Kabuto cannot keep up with Obito's speed, come one now. You have the fastest shinobi in the series, (Minato) out there and even he's shocked by Obito's speed. He could blitz any of them in a heart beat. Look what he did to Hashirama and Tobirama when be became jinchurriki, and now that he can focus his mind, it's even worser for them. Kabuto just can't beat someone who is the jinchurriki of the FREAKING TEN-TAILS, Proginetor of the world and the beginning of all chakra!

Seeing as how you said NOW then no Kabuto would be massacred because right NOW he doesn't have Sage mode. Orochimaru took back his DNA which was the only reason Kabuto could activate Sage mode.
