Kabuto without Oro's DNA?

Hello,
Could Kabuto learn SM without Oro's DNA? What it gave to him?
Juugo's, Uzumaki's and Hoozuki's KG got only because he had Oro's DNA or he could get this abilites into himself without it?
And.. Can he active SM now when he doesn't have Oro's DNA?.. :shrug:

I think the Uzimaki DNA helped because you need to already have a big chakara supply before learning sage mode.

I don't think so, since actually Kabuto mixed a lot of Dna to achieve his Dark sage mode, so now without Oro huge chakra and Jugo's sage transformation, and suigetsu's Hydrefication, and Karin's auto-healing he would be what he used to be before Orochimaru got sealed by Sasuke.
