Alright, here is my take on why I believe Kabuto has appeared to save Sasuke. I havent really responded to the threads regarding this issue, so here.
I believe it is Kabuto because:
1. Look at the foot. It has obviously sen better days. Who else would be barefoot during the war? Its not an Edo Ninja, its not a Zetsu otherwise Karin would know the chakra.
2. It is entirely logical if Kabuto woke up from Izanagi. Main villains are always TNJ'd in the series or change sides. Nagato, Gaara, Orochimaru, Obito and now Kabuto.
3. Karin dosent know who's chakra it is because she has never met Kabuto, canonly at least. Kabuto no longer has Orochimaru's chakra. Also, a combined mixure his own and of the sound 5's chakra is unnatural. To Karin, that unnatural sense probably gives her a bad feeling. Kabuto's chakra is an abomination in the eyes of a sensor like Karin.
4. There is nobody else in the current war who would come to Sasuke. People say its white Zetsu. Why would white Zetsu appear so far away from Sasuke if he was going to do something to him? He could easily sprout from the ground next to him, also, why would the foot be bruised and dirty if the white zetsu hasnt even fought yet.
