Okay this guy might have something here. That Poison might be how the alliliance gets the upper hand on Madara. They, in some way possible inject it into Madara THUS nullifying his use of Hashirama's healing ability.

"How is that gonna happen you retard Kabuto is trapped in a loop" yes I know but why even bring this poison up that can counter Hashirama's cells if the only one who knows how to make it is trapped. Simple he free's himself. Finally accepts himself for who he is (or just escapes the loop but continues searching for answers) and later reaches the battlefield to aid the alliliance or Madara (to back stab him later with the poison).

This^ or they try but fail so Naruto and Saskue finish Madara off with Rasengan and Chidori.

like i said orochimaru and kabuto are snake themed characters so i doubt they would start using poison like hanzo, its not a question of their smartness
orochimaru did have a paralyzing posion in his blood that evaporated after coming in contact with air but that was for emergency and after a life long of research
