Shouldn't jump to conclusions. Kabuto is currently immune to death, by order of Masashi Kishimoto.

Well, it'd just be bad writing for Orochimaru to whoop Kabuto. You know I love Orochimaru, but dying at Kabuto's hands is just perfect literarily. And you know how much of an Oro fan I am u_u It'd definitely be an epic battle with Orochimaru having the upper hand many times.

That'd be a sight, but it would unfortunately be... Undesirable for the story. Sasuke still needs to battle Naruto of his own free will.

I'm more excited to see him meet his brother. It would be so awkward if he came walking up seeing Kabuto in DSM with a snake sticking out of his body.

We might actually get to see a bit of both! Orochimaru and Kabuto's time together, possibly Kabuto knows something about Orochimaru and tries to make him tick. Or something!

And, knowledge is power but... I don't see Kabuto knowing a significant more then Kabuto :/. Or, more at all....orochimaru's been at this game for a bit longer.
