Guessing you're not including Chikara feats (because Hidan is literally part of his moveset)

but this is quite clearly Kabuto, with his hiding like a mole and chakra scalpel. Kabuto at this point is beyond PTS Kakashi.

Highly depends on rather Kabuto, or Orochimaru had prior knowledge of Hidan, which seems to be a no, considering if Orochimaru knew of Hidan's existence, he would've sought out Hidan's immortality method (Jashinism). With that noted, since this isn't DSM Kabuto, and we've really no idea how much 30% of Orochimaru's cells affect Kabuto, we have only pt.1 feats to go off of, and his only feats were vs Kakashi, and Tsunade/Naruto, but Hidan is much faster than them in pt.1.

That stated, Hidan would win.

Part 1 Kakashi and early Part 2 Kakashi don't really have any contradicting feats, though. We have no reason to believe that Part 1 Kakashi is any weaker than early Part 2 Kakashi.

Which is my point. Zombie Arc was DB 3, and Kakashi had better speed feats from my recollection in the chapters covering the 3rd DB.

Kabuto with 30% Orochimaru DNA hadn't shown anything noteworthy, until he leveled up to DSM, his only feats of importance were from Pt.1.

Kakashi showed improved feats just by combating Hidan. That said, the fact Hidan, and Kakashi clashed on near even terms (Kakashi being a bit faster), far surpasses anything Kabuto in pt.1 had done. And I pray we're not arguing that pt.1 Kakashi speed = Zombie Arc Kakashi/3rd DB Kakashi speed, because feats speak different.

Kakashi > Hidan >> pt.1 Kabuto in speed.

kabuto at base is really strong, those jutsus he threw at Kakashi in part 1 was amazing and manipulating dead bodies like that was very edotensei like. But I respect both guys here, I know kishi said he never finished his work on Hidan and kabuto's chakra hand scalpel is not gonna look pretty.

I'm not gonna bank on that as his game ender though, i honestly don't know who would win.

I mean Kakashi trained enough to gain access to MS, I don't think he just sat there for three years playing with his eyes alone.
