Battle 2: Kabuto with Sage Mode vs. Tsunade with Yin Seal released. Location: Training field 7. Intent to kill.

Kabuto in his base snake form is still a fearsome foe capable of providing a challenge to Tsunade. Not to mention she can't exactly hurt him there.... Or, leave any wounds.

And Sage Mode beats Tsunade... Mid diff.

I think current Tsunade can take base Kabuto. Sage mode kabuto is almost overkill.

Battle 1: Tsunade > Kabuto, mid-high diff
Battle 2: Kabuto > Tsunade, mid diff

Kabuto stomps in both scenarios. With a liquefied body tsunade's only form of attack (taijutsu) becomes useless.
