Kabuto could summon The 6 Paths of Pain or Nagato or Madara....

Kabuto could use that lightning paralyzing jutsu....

Even if Tobi releases the Tailed Beast he's caught.....they wouldn't obey him....I'm sure he can't control all them at once...

In all Kabuto wins....I don't really see how Tobi would win....

Edo Tensei army. Madara, Nagato, Itachi, Akatsuki, Kages, and all the other Edos. Plus if Tobi gets the upper hand with his Paths and Kabuto somehow starts to lose (which probably won't happen) he could just cancel Edo Tensei and Tobi's Paths would be gone, so 1 vs 1. With Edo Tensei, Kabuto high dif. Without Edo Tensei, it could go either way.
