scenario:tobi just found out kabuto betrayed him , tobi wants to kill him and kabuto cant get away , his only option is to fight back.

Kabuto is very smart. You know that Tobi respect him and accept all his requirement. We didn't see Kabuto's full power, but he is able to beat two strongest Uchihas with close eyes. What has Tobi? He has Sharingan - we saw what Sharinga can do. Rinnegan - we saw what Rinnegan can do. But Kabuto wasn't scare and he had to reason to this.

Tobi will easily snatch the soul out of any of Kabuto's Edos therefore sealing them.

Also, if that is a ninjutsu Tobi can absorb it. If it's not than while he's blind he will make himself intangible until the effects wear off.

remember its not so easy taking the souls from high kage level shinobi,kabuto has information and is sure too know of gedo etc. if kabuto gets the chance , he can simply use his scalpel jutsu and tobi is screwed, yes gedo is a problem , but he can use manda 2... or the great sage snake as summonings to counter that, kabuto could take the chakra from the bijuu, and im not sure if hakugeki is a genjutsu or ninjutsu , but it took itachi a while to... break/be released so i guess its a very strong genjutsu

Dunno, Edo Tensei is really OP, you can bring high tier deceased shinobi to fight at your side, and they won't die unless sealed, in the other hand Rinnegan is pretty powerful, plus Tobi has Sharingan and can use Isanagi.

I really can't decide who would win this fight, I may reply again after I think it over.

Edo Tensei isn't a danger for Tobi since he knows the way to end the technique and can put Kabuto under a control while being untouchable due to his Jikugan Ido. Tobi is stronger, he's the only one who could beat Kabuto with his Edo Tensei army.

Tobi warps to Kabuto and warps him inside his eye then put him in genjutsu. SM probably won't work in Tobi's eye as there is no nature to gather natural energy from. He proabably won't even have to chance to use Edo Tensei.

i guess you forgot water release water mirror can reflect it and cancel it. or tobi turns intangible and the effects pass through without harm

kabuto cant do anything to tobi unrestricted. he wont even be getting past the edo jins who can either reflect everything back at kabuto, make taijutsu useless via sharingan and rinnegan, or turn into their bijuus and nuke the shit out of kabuto so tobi can warp/soul rip kabutos edos. whatever they may be
