I am still going with Kabuto. IC, specially during the beggining of part 2, Sakura was too hot headed when it came to Sasuke and a IC Kabuto would taunt her, knowing this to be a weakness. And don't forget about his corpses, his chakra scalpels and his suberb dodging skills.

Chakra scalpels overwhelm her like they overwhelmed Tsunade and Shizune especially considering this is a more powerful Kabuto against a chuunin level opponent unlike what he was up against in part one.
