Madara is immobilized while Hashirama is not. Madara used Perfect Susanoo (stated to be his full power) while Hashirama didn't use SS and matched Madara with Mokujin.

Kabuto doesn't normally get the 6 Jinchuriki those are Tobi's Lol and BM Minato arguably solos the rest until Hashirama comes to help.
