Yes I know, Kabuto's Edo Tensei is much better and has many more people and many better people.

Kabuto is currently stronger than Orochimaru.

Kabuto has:
-The Hozuki Clan's Hydration ability
-The Uzumaki Clan's vitality
-Dragon Sage Mode
-Perfected Edo Tensei

Orochimaru would not win against the current Kabuto even if he was at full health.

w/o Edo I still believe Oro has the upper-hand. As both are intelligent, Oro is far more versatile and while Kabuto uses snakes similar to Oro, its not as effectively crafted (expect against Genjutsu).

Oro does not have the upper hand in any sense.

Kabuto has Dragon Sage Mode, Suigetsu's water/body jutsu, enhanced perception through Jugo's clan ability, proving to be fast enough to dodge Sasuke's Susano'o arrow, and Uzumaki life force, on top of superior summonings and more.
