Kabuto still wins.

-SM is too much for them.

-Heals from any damage via White Snake's power, Yin healing, Uzumaki healing, liquefaction and Oral Rebirth.

-Inorganic Reincarnation one shots them all bar Orochimaru, who can be halted via Sound Genjutsu followed by a massive load of Kidomaru's webs, finished off with Jirobo's dome absorbing his chakra.

-The real Jiraiya is found via sound genjutsu. The clones won't be affected, but the real Jiraiya will. Thus Kabuto takes advantage of this and keeps track of that Jiraiya with his Sensing. Or he kills of the clones with Kidomaru's bones, and then attacks the real Jiraiya from one of the bones in the location.

-Tsunade cannot stop the poison, nor can she stop Inorganic reincarnation leaving her dying the entirety of the fight. She's vulnerable to his Sound genjutsu as well, hence she stands no chance.

 

[Slug Princess Tsunade]

Sannin mid-high difficulty. SM Jiraiya's elemental attacks + Tsunade's chakra boost is too much for him to handle.

Hakugeki + Chakra Scalpel or Bracken Dance ends either Jiraiya or Tsunade.
Mugen Ōnsa stops all of them.
