Kabuto mid diff. None of Orochimaru's so called "battle experience" is really going to close this big of a gap. Kabuto has most of Orochimaru's powers, medical jutsu, the Sound 5's powers, Suigetsu's hydration, and possibly Karin's healing abilities to add onto that. This isn't even counting Sage Mode, which boosts him even further. Even a healthy Oro doesn't seem to stand much of a chance. As for his intelligence.. I haven't really seen any of that applied into combat to make me think he's more of a tactical genius than Kabuto.

i dont see how absorbing an already dead partial corpse via blood transfusion would grant you ones full powers. he lacks kusanagi sword. he lacks rashomon gates. he lacks formation of ten thousand snakes. he lacks attack prevention. he lacks clones. he lacks five element seal and curse seal.

Isn't it obvious that Kabuto would be the winner?

Thanks to Orochimaru, he was able to surpass him. He achieved the Ryuu Sennin Modo which increases his perceptional abilities, seemingly grants him unlimited Chakra and increases the level of all his other techniques. He also developed some quite formidable Senjutsu. On top of that he inherited all the powers from Orochimaru's subordinates, the Oto Quintet. He inherited a liquidation ability similar to that of Suigetsu, Karin's healing abilities and even Orochimaru's white snake form. He perfected Manda. Before all those achievements it doesn't matter if he has Kusanagi no Tsurugi, Sanju Rashomon or Mandara no Jin.

Seemingly his only weakness is his cockyness, which also applies to Orochimaru, though.

you need a soul rip or sealing tech or powerful genjutsu to finish either of these. oro has none of these to permanently put kabuto down. add onto that kin/gin and nagato summons to soulrape oro.
