Oh...I see where you're going with this. No, I don't think Kabuto can use Orochimaru's Edos, since Oro only gained the ability to summon the Edo Hokage after Kabuto injected his DNA within himself. Plus, Orochimaru extracted (most of) his own DNA from Kabuto's body. But just to be sure, I'll make this the Kabuto that fought Itachi and Sasuke.
