Kabuto gets sucked into Obito's kamui...Plus, Kabuto can't touch. The most he has on Obito is his white rage attack and his Sound genjutsu. And Obito can easily warp away from that.

Kabuto needs to aquire anko to increase his binding powers & he has to add the sealing tags into his edos. That is all prep that he needs to do before he can use his edos at full effectiveness. Otherwise give obito the jinchuuriki & the gedo mazo prep too.
