[VS] Kabuto vs. Obito (two battles)

First battle: Base Kabuto vs. Adult Obito w/ only Sharingan. Intent to kill; takes place in Amegakure. Special conditions: No Edo Tensei. Dead-people-haxx are OP.

Second battle: Sage Mode Kabuto vs. Adult Obito w/ Sharingan and Rinnegan. Intent to kill; takes place in Amegakure.
Special condition: Obito has his paths, but Kabuto can summon Madara and Madara only.
Who wins?

what is sharingan obito anyway? katons, warfan i guess, and genjutsu? if kabuto avoids eye contact, i can see him winning fairly easily. kabutos water body negates obitos weapons and taijutsu. edo army negates anything else.

second fight, kabuto should win. edo army should take care of gedo mazo and pressure obito into keeping his distance. if he does try to warp in, kabuto has shown he can erect a barrier, or use his kimimaro clone to form enough bone spikes to stop obito touching him

If kabuto has EDO TENSEI, he shits both scenarios,

1: Without kamui? pfff edo madara rapes (kabuto's summon, part of his arsenal)

2: With kamui and rinnengan? edo madara+ Muu+ 3rd raikage+ edo nagato + edo itachi can atack for longer than 5 minutes (infinite chakra) and then when kamui is disabled kabuto's summon would end the match

Restrict ET or give Obito the Juubi or paths. Otherwise, Madara solos the first fight and probably solos the second as well.

I updated the conditions.

Personally, with these updated conditions, I believe that Obito takes the first battle, but Kabuto takes the second.
