Kabuto would win with high diff considering what we've seen so far with minato.
But I also believe Minato was more then that. If had given a fair tym in manga to show more of his abilities, he would have been the certain winner here.

Kabuto's fast but not faster than A or Tobi who both lost to Minato in speed.
White Rage is meaningless since Minato can leave and come back when the Tech is over.
His liquefying is nothing in the face of barrier techs then sealing techs.

Kabuto takes this. His reflexes and perceptual ability imo is the greatest in the series due to his enhancements and sm abilities. If add the fact that he is ridiculous healing abilities rasengan isnt doing anything.
Also due suigetsu ability even a sharigan user cannot tell which is which and minato might have great difficulty with this. Since in vs threads, i ignore the plot, meaning minato doesnt have ftg tages anywhere else apart from the battlefield (minato fans keep on saying he has ftg tags at home, all in the hope of saying he'd just run away to avoid the loss). That sm technique that paralysis the opponent would work greatly against minato since he cannot teleport anywhere else out side the battlefield.

kabuto takes this, he's the perfect foil for minato. although kabuto will find it very hard to hit minato, it's a losing battle and the best minato can do is draw with the death reaper seal.
Did you miss the come back part?retreat = minato looses by default.
by the way i can tell by your threads how biased you are towards minato.
although so far you have never actually come up with a decent argument
You do know that every time Tobi goes intangible he literally stops existing, does that mean he immediately loses?
Sasuke teleported away from Deidara's final explosion, does that mean he lost to Deidara?
Minato teleporting away and coming back is equivalent to dodging, its just more awesome. Didn't Itachi sheild Sasuke from Kabuto with Susanoo during the jutsu? Isn't that ninjutsu? Kabuto also liquefied himself during the jutsu, isn't that ninjutsu?

FTG is instantaneous where Minato just appear where he places seals.We haven't seen anything from any sage, Jiraiya,naruto, or Kabuto that is anywhere near that level.
I agreed that we haven't seen the half of Minato abilities, but he is a character that is no longer need so I doubt we will see anymore of his skills.
