I think Madara trashes Kabuto with or without the Rinnegan. Perfect Susano'o is too great.
Note: Madara is old-fashioned -- he doesn't use the same technique twice if it's too powerful (with the exception of Susano'o). This may give Kabuto a chance as he has no boundaries.
