It won't be that easy.
Kabuto's sense of perception is far greater than Naruto's, and he can probably dodge Naruto's speed blitz just as he dodged Sasuke's susanoo arrow.

Even if Naruto Toad Sage Mode is slightly better than Kabuto Dragon Sage Mode, Kabuto has the advantage of Intelligence, skills, healing abilities, and a far greater variation of jutsus.Did I also forget to mention that Kabuto is a powerful genjutsu users and naruto without Kurama's help is completely defenseless against Genjutsu.

I don't think Kabuto would get the chance to enter Snake Sage Mode, Naruto can sense him if he tries to hide and destroy him with speed and the liquifying is countered by extreme destructive power as with Bee's TBB, Naruto Rasnshuriken will enough destructive power and his level of speed will make it a direct hit, plus there's also Great Sages' genjutsu.

The op said no Kyubi Mode, so naruto doesn't have the speed to stop Kabuto from entering Dragon Sage Mode or the ability to use a tail beast bomb.As for naruto summoning the toad sages to use genjutsu, when has naruto ever been shown summoning either ma or pa? Furthermore, kabuto can just use genjutsu on naruto before he even gets a chance to summon either toad sage.Also, the liquifying won't be counter by a Tail Beast Bomb seeing as when Killer Bee used the tail beast bomb against Suigetsu it didn't do but make him weak.Kabuto has the healing ability of Karin so I doubt a tail beast bomb, which he can't do seeing as this is naruto without Kyubi power versus Kabuto is a mute point.

Naruto can spam km clones which are just as fast and durable as the original, but naruto doesnt have the technique to kill kabuto due to his healing abilities. Tbh i doubt any of naruto's attacks will land due to kabuto's perceptual abilities and reflexes that his enhancements and sm abilities allow, but with mass km clones he does have a chance to hit kabuto, but that might one of kabuto's clones also.

That technique that paralysis will work greatly against km naruto, but again i can see him prevailing. Ill call draw for now although kabuto is the favourite to win this imo
