Does Kabuto have all of the DNA's he stole from the other ninjas? If he does, Kabuto wins this easily. There is no way Kakuzu can match all of the jutsus Kabuto has.

Could go either way. Kakuzu if he takes it seriously has a chance to defeat him. He is pretty much invincible in taijutsu, and has great ninjutsus attacks. Cuz he has 5chakras system who works on their own, he can't be touch by genjutsus.

doton domu has to be activated to work and kabuto can blitz in that time

Kakuzu has been sent to kill Hashirama ,it's not a random guy he's way strogner than Kabuto.

Kabuto isn't just genjutsu, his body in Sage Mode + Uzumaki's healing ability would let him tank any attack from Kakuzu and render it useless, plus his speed and strength in Sage Mode is just too much for Kakuzu.

Senpo: Hakugeki and Senpo: Muki Tensei is just too much, plus the sound four's abilities, Kimimaro's abilities, body shedding, turning into liquid... Etc.. Etc.

Imo Kakuzu would get destroyed, Kabuto is above his league.

Kakuzu battled Hashirama and survived, but he should not underestimate Kabuto.More likely Kabuto is the ant and Kakuzu is the boot.You know what happends next
