In an alternate universe instead of itachi,kakashi goes to stop the edo tensei
After a conversation begin to battle

So who win's?
Kakashi has Sharingan and Mongekyo Sharingan
Kabuto has Snake Sage mode and his cell's are modified with orochimaru's power and the power of the sound four

Kakashi couldn't stop Kabuto and got outsmarted by him in the infirmary

Well since the mission is to stop Edo Tensei, Kakashi fails. He can't hit Kabuto with a Sharingan genjutsu and his arsenal is inferior to Kabuto's. Kakashi can't kill Kabuto which pretty leaves Kakashi powerless. Kabuto wins.

Without edo tensei (if you mean kabuto's summon are fighting in the war) kakashi might have a small chance if kabuto cannot dodge kamui, but if kabuto can he wins low diff

Kakashi Doesn't have the chakra reserves to fight long with Kabutomaru. Kamui could get him, if he is fast enough.
