Could honestly go either way. 1 hit from Kabuto paralyzes Hidan but Kabuto is not immune to the blood ritual. Kabuto is far smarter but Hidan has the edge in speed I think. Kabuto could use the Hidden Mole Jutsu as a way to end the match.
He always has the soldier pills as well.

Still on the fence. Databooks say Kabuto and Hidan are of equal speed and Hidan himself admitted to being the slowest Akatsuki member. He kept up with 3-T Kakashi for a long time, and Orochimaru and Jiraiya both compare Part 1 Kabuto to Part 1 Kakashi.
I'd like to see an argument for either side :l

Hidan can't be paralyzed. His body does not work that way. He got his head chopped off and he could still talk. He got his ribs crushed and he could still move. This means that his body is immune to paralysis.

Hidan rapes that geek fodder.

Skill wise it's defiantly Hidan.

Power-wise Kabuto is a gr8 pick. Tho if Ninjūtsu is allotted, MT+M2/Senjūtsu combos should end it.
