ems madara dosent have meteors. Madara dosent use ama as he hasnt used it since his entrance.

On topic,kabuto beats either of them 1 on 1,but with edo he beats both at the same time

assuming they dont give him that kind of time, he turns to water and sheds his skin while going underground to get some distance, then does the above.

edo itachi could have beat kabuto alone imo. sasuke didnt really save itachi in that fight, if anything, he got in itachi's way and provoked kabuto to pull out several techniques which made itachi vulnerable since he doesn't want sasuke hurt

lol and im sure sasuke didnt want itachi hurt either, edo or not. hence his reaction whenever itachi was. so they held each other back. and no, sasuke did save him several times. itachi could not have gotten out of genjutsu without him. and kabuto would have fought differently if he had no inhibitions about killing intent.
