Naruto and Sasuke win.
-Preta Path is easily shut down by KCSM Naruto's larger attacks, such as Chou Oodama Rasen Shuriken. He can't absorb all that Senjutsu without turning into stone. Then there is the fact that KCSM Naruto's Shunshin>>KCM Naruto's Shunshin due to Senjutsu enhancement, and the fact that he can use Frog Kata means that if he attacks Nagato with a flash blitz during his cooldown, he'd take damage strong enough to one shot a path of Pain...though he's an Edo, so he'll recover.
-If Kabuto tries to intervene with White Rage, Sasuke, who has intel, burns it up with Amaterasu or him and Naruto evade it's area of effect with Shunshin or Legged Susanoo. Mugen Onsa is broken by Naruto and Sasuke is saved by him. All Sound 5 techs are countered by Susanoo and Amaterasu like they were in canon. If Kabuto calls Manda II, Chou Oodama FRS w/ an Enton Arrow added in the mix turns it into one giant, flaming, snake. And that's GG for it, while creating a lot of heat for Sasuke to set off Kirin, which would one shot Kabuto.
-If Itachi tries to intervene, Naruto's clones hold him back. Amaterasu is easily avoided. Susanoo is easily avoided since Naruto has the flash speed and enhanced reactions to match due to Sage Mode. He easily tears through it with multiple Senjutsu KCM FRS (at least double the power of a Senjutsu FRS if not more...it'd probably be more since a KCSM FRS shouldn't be SM FRS+KCM FRS, it should be KCM FRS w/ the boost Base FRS got added onto it, which is a large boost) or a Chou Oodama Senjutsu KCM FRS. Ma and Pa can also be called for a permanent Sage Mode, and their Frog Call, which would immobilize anyone of the opposing team.
-CST is taken by a full bodied Armored Susanoo..it'll most likely be destroyed, but Naruto and Sasuke will take minor damage. That leaves Nagato a fodder for them though due to having no Deva powers. Naruto wrecks Chibaku Tensei.
If Kirin is ever set up, it's GG since Kabuto can't evade, and killing him means that the Edos cease (since Nagato and Itachi canonically won't fight them of their free will)
