Kabuto has Orochimaru's snake powers and regeneration, He has Karin's regeneration, he has liquification (possibly irrelivant due to raiton), he has Juugo's ability to constantly absorb nature energy vastly prolonging his sage mode, then he has his dragon sage mode which we can assume greatly increases his durrability speed and strength to atleast naruto/j-man sage mode levels in addition to self healing from sage mode. on top of that he has medical jutsu to heal himself chakra scalple to further enhance his dmg potential in taijutsu. He also has numerous snake summons including V2 Manda, extensive knowledge in poisons with venom tailor designed for numerous effects.

Kabuto seems pretty immune to taijutsu attacks at this point with 3 self healing abilities , liquification, and sage mode durability.

We don't even know the extent of his senjutsu yet, I give this fight to Kabuto mid difficulty.
