Kabuto & Tobi genuinely DESERVED to win this war.

Before Kabuto showed up Tobi was supposedly just planning to storm the Ninja world with the Gedo Mazu and the Zetsu clones I suppose but when Kabuto showed up with the Edo army they became STRONG. I can't name any other 2 people alone who couldn't prepared such a terrifying army. The reason why they deserved to win was because they played it smart. Their war tactics were cunning and smart and they deserved to win- a little unfair that Naruto just gets to super speed his way into every battlefield and just laser blast the f*ck out of everything. Think about it.

Step 1: Start like usual war, fight with Zetsu and start with mediocre Edo Tenseis. Keep the strongest ninja busy. (Kakashi, Darui etc.) Unleash Gedo Mazu.

Step 2: At night time, actual plan starts and Zetsu infiltrate ENTIRE army meaning nobody can trust anyone and nobody is able to rest. Genius plan.

Step 3: Play actual trump cards and sweep most of army. Akatsuki trick the Alliance into playing their trump card with the 5 Kage way too soon.

Step 4: Summon Juubi, assemble Madara, Tobi and the rest of the Jinchuriki for literally unstoppable fight as last resort. Defeat Shinobi alliance and complete moon eye plan.

This entire time Kabuto is well hid and almost impossible to find, also prepared and insanely strong all by himself. Tobi, the other war target is also very strong and has the Jinchuuriki bodyguards.
Kabuto & Tobi played this war like pros and to be honest if the plot hadn't called and Naruto hadn't just powerhoused his way through every tactic then they would've won within the DAY. The Shinobi alliance had basically no secret tactics or strategies between the entire 5 nations and their strategy was literally "split up and go attack those guys"

Well, I mean, there are others who have organized impressive armies. Galbatorix singlehandedly organized a massive army, with zombie like creatures that refuse to die. But then he went and exploded from guilt.

Tobirama wasn't in the war. Plus this isn't some random lol laser beems power thread. This is more about how bad the Alliance's tactics were and how well Kabuto & Tobi planned out a war. Not really anybody could've seen it all coming, especially one after another.

Lol I know right, what was Tobi thinking? That guy is cocky. Especially as he didn't even know about Madara....did he think he could take out the alliance with one new rinnegan and some even weaker Zetsu? seriously?

Yeah I'd say that they masterfully planned out this war perfectly...sadly some shinobi met with people who they had advantages over (Mifune talking Hanzo into Sekkupu....Darui coincidently changing his most said word...Kakuzu, Dan, and Hizashi just trolled off screen), but yeah. They planned the war incredibly....though I'd have deffinatly mobilized more Edo's against the Second Division....People like Kakuzu and Hanzo would have torn up a good number of the Second Division (especially since Kakuzus Wind Mask can fly)! He deffinatly could have deployed some of the Edos better, but overall he did masterfully!

Yes but they weren't going to turn on each other DURING the war. They had no reason to, Kabuto wouldn't touch Tobi and Tobi wouldn't touch Kabuto (Madara namely) because to be honest, I have no idea who would actually win. They weren't exactly best buddies but their plans went perfectly well with each other and they made pretty much an invincible tag team. They didn't even see eye to eye during the war- they were both just doing what they wanted to get what they wanted out of the war.

Kabuto wanted Sasuke and to make some havoc and Tobi wanted Naruto and Killer Bee. They both would've got what they wanted no problem. Afterwards however? Who knows. We all know how Tobi feels about spies and traitors. But then again- if their plan went ahead then the Moon Eye plan would've been activated and it wouldn't have mattered anyway! :')

Agreed. Though of course Kabuto has that little messed up habit of his where he likes to send Edos against the people they love just to mess with the alliance. He's a bit twisted like that. Thought to be honest Asuma and Dan were hardly his biggest tools. The guy just likes to have fun!
