kabuto "that jutsu" is actually a steam release car the ultimate ninjutsu by sage(if)
i hope you realized that cars should be in naruto by now they discovered how to cure diseases and have laboratories so they should be able to develop a car.
now who is the best character to do so well it is kabuto.
kabuto lost his power to orochimaru feeling like he is no one so now he must prove himself and find out who he is and he will make an invention.
think about kabuto knows how to gather data so with all the data with vast ninjutsu's here how he can make a car.
well the five tails uses steam release to increase his strength and speed.(naruto could have died)
now you have to take into consideration that kabuto takes knowledge of everything he has since he wants to become complete and find out who he is like orochimaru and find the truth behind ninjutsu.
if it is true that kabuto wants to become everything and find out the truth of ninjutsu the what will kabuto do with steam release will he can make a car variation to steam release because cars were made by ovens and a steam release power car will work in naruto then.
so with the data of steam release that kabuto has gathered he can make the first car.
think about it if kabuto had a steam release car he would be the strongest since he actually obtained his own power variation.
steam release car would be the ultimate offense and denfense jutsu just running threw your opponents better than susanno.
