He really does, i think everyone overrates him way too much. it's not like he's creating the Jutsu he uses, just extending them basically making himself Orochimaru's little copy cat ninja.

They don't count as part of his powers in my book. They all require so much prep time, unlike normal Summonings like Katsuyu or Gamabnta.

He claps his hands and they appear, and once they appear he can summon them anywhere instantly. Like when he summoned back the akatsuki.

Contrary to popular belief, Kabuto isn't completely 100% reliant on his minions to do his work.

He is at LEAST at an above-average skill level as you can see from part 1, not even counting how his abilities may have been improved through the time skip. He sure as hell didn't have any edos in part 1.

People underestimating Kabuto are just out of their minds.

he is not top 5 edo is what made kabuto. his sage mode is strong but not unbeatable and doesnt put him top 5 as you have so6p, hashirama, madara, obito and naruto and that is five

No one has SO6P on top 10 lists anymore since that's pretty much default

He's top 5 without him on there.

uhhh Edo Tensei isn't the only jutsu/skill Kabuto had. He also had SM, sound ninja techs, regenerative ability, ect...Even without Edo Tensei I'd say Kabuto is easily top 15 or so.

How many other ninja can dodge a susanoo arrow? Kakashi is relatively fast and he was forced to use kamui to avoid being hit by it. Probably the only ones who can dodge it are Naruto, 4th raikage, Minato and possibly SM Jiraiya.

SM is very powerful. There's only 2 others who have sage mode and thats Naruto and Jiraiya, and with SM they are top tier ninja. Also, it can be argued that Kabuto's DSM is more powerful than the toad sage mode Naruto and Jiraiya have.

Just re-read the the Itachi/Sasuke vs Kabuto fight. Edo Itachi had limitless chakra and Sasuke EMS, but they had a hard time with him. Itachi pretty much had no choice but to use Izanami. If Itachi wasn't an edo, Kabuto very well could have killed one of them, or both.

Right here Itachi saves Sasuke's ass. If Itachi wasn't an edo, one of them would have died.

I always see people saying "well they didn't have killing intent" So? I'm prerry sure Kabuto wasnt planning on killing Sasuke(see the above page where Kabuto says "I'm not going to hurt you though, you are my guinea pig") and Itachi couldn't even die...
