Obito would win pretty easy, he phases through whatever Kabuto can dish out and eventually sends him to boxland

White rage and Sound genjutsu could affect him although in this instance, he could warp into Kamui instead to avoid it altogether. Warps back in behind him and although Kabuto could sense him, it's a matter of being able to react afterwards.

Kabuto would be able to hit him when he solidifies. Obito can also beat him with wood element branches sprouting from his body. Wood branches is the the strongest attack in the wood release department stated in databook. But if kabuto uses muki tensei from the start, he would win, otherwise obito.
