How does kamui not affect obito?

It's theoretical. Hakugeki counters Susano'o, an MS tech which requires no movement to activate. Kamui is an MS tech which requires no movement to activate.

Hakugeki takes time to activate, obito can become intangible before that. Obito has escaped far worse than a jutsu that exists in the physical world & not kamui. Danzo's seal is a perfect example of how nothing can affect obito while he's intangible.

Kabuto is also faster than Obito.

No he's not, obito's kamui is the fastest attack next to FTG, it can travel at the speed of light & it saved sasuke from imminent death from a jinton. Kamui is also automatic, so there is no sneaking up on obito either, you need to be faster than light or have access to s/t, kabuto has neither.

Edo Madara would most likely help Obito since he knows him more than Kabuto. Edo Madara and Obito with the 6 Jinchuriki Paths roflrapes Kabuto.

Kamui requires no concentration like susano'o. I don't believe Hakugeki counters it.
