What really bugs me is this..
1) The Reanimation Jutsu required tissue/blood samples of the ones to resurrect. So, how the heck did Kabuto found Madara's sample. I mean, in the anime we saw him gathering samples all over the elemental nations.
2) Where did Jiraiya take Minato for his training. It was revealed somewhere in the anime or movie

Kabuto didnt create the cave, simply brought it to life; Madara only projected his will in a genjutsu, he couldnt bring it to life

Both are merely fakes, being able to do only half of what sage could do and that too on an embarrassingly low level
