No way.we've never seen oro go full out with his arms after all the research he did,kabuto wouldn't of gotten where he was without oro in the 1st place.even if kabuto has the abilty of hebi yu have to rember that oro actualy captured them and restrained them.dragon sage mode is cool but giant white snake with hundreds of different snake summons is even cooler.kabuto only beats oro with manda v2 summon and his trump madara edo.not to mention sword of kusanagi
