he just didn't master them......he made them BETTER......thats like saying naruto is cheap copy of Jiraiya and Minato.....look at it this way Kabuto was Oro's real pupil and the student has surpassed the master...like Naruto and Jiraya.....

I say kabuto only because kabuto said his power is combine with orochimaru's. Kabuto master edo tensho(sp) far pass the 2nd hokage (creator of the jutsus) and orochimaru. Kabuto has mastery over medical jutsus that orochimaru didn't and was orochimaru's pupil for years. Kabuto knows all of orochimaru's jutsus, fighting style and can make a great strategy to counter all his attacks. Plus kabuto has a powerful jutsus that he has yet to show. I dont know how much chakra kabuto has now, only that it's enough to make 20+ edo tensho and that he felt stronger when he used orochimaru's chakra from anko's curse seal.
