[Discussion] Kabuto lied to Tobi, or..?

Well as you can see here clearly: kabuto tells to tobi to stop edo tensei: let me do the next pair of seals: dog/horse/tiger and release.

But when Itachi let him do the next pair of seals to stop edo: Rat/Ox/Monkey/Tiger/Dragon/Boar and release.

Whatsup with that? Or kabuto let him do something else then release the edo's or he was just lying to tobi.

Any thoughts? Someone else noticed this?

Edit: I personally believe its not yet the end of edo tensei. Dan needs to see tsunade again, juugo needs to meet kimimaro, and some more examples.

Of course he lied, Kabuto deceived Tobi to get what he wanted. If Itachi didn't intervene, he probably would've gotten it.

I believe Kabuto lied to Tobi.
It seems unlikely that Kabuto could lie under Itachi's genjutsu.

He indeed lied. The signs Itachi made him to perform were different from what Kabuto told Tobi about. Because the Edo Tensei has been stopped it is obviously that Kabuto lied to Tobi.
