ET doesnt require prep because its already set up. by your logic sasori can never have puppets because it required prep to make them. and minato wouldnt have FTG because he needs prep to make the kunais

W/O Edo's Minato and Nagato take this quite easily. If Edo is allowed, then Kabuto would kill Itachi, summon Madara, and watch as Madara starts destroying everything in sight.
