I agree, people are just ignorant to the truth if your going to say people are the strongest just because of edo then every list should look like this.....

1. tobirama
2. orochimaru
3. kabuto

This logic is flawed because its not just about having Edo tensei, but which Edos they have. As far as we know, Tobirama had none, and Kabuto's Edos surpass Oro's. So Kabuto is better.

Difference is, Kabuto has higher quality edos and the DNA required to summon them.

Well, Kabuto is immortal to begin with, also he fought the two extremely powerful uchiha brothers and was pretty much owning them until itachi used his cough "hax" cough izanagi lol. If kabuto had some 2 powerful reanimated ninjas with him like muu or the third reikage, I think he would've easily killed both uchiha brothers.
