If i had Kabutos powers and desires i could easily defeat everyone involved in the 4th great war, and i could do it with alot less effort, with the only exception being the individual Tobi, since there is still alot of mystery behind Tobi i cannot say that i could kill Tobi for sure.
All you need is Edo Madara, Edo Deidara and a random powerhouse or 2 (3rd raikage, 2nd tshukage, Nagato, Itachi).
This is how i would do it. I would pretty much do exactly what KAbuto did with regards to Madara, Destroying platoons from time to time with that meteor and fighting the few powerhouses the army had to offer ( Tobi, Black Zetsu, Kages, Bee, Naruto etc) With the one thing id change is the first thing id do with Madara is have him go spank Sasuke's a** for a week straight until he grew up.
With Deidera i would have the Random powerhouses (I like a Muu & Nagato combo) acting as bodyguards for deidera to prevent him being sealed, and i would have deidera swoop in on any one of his flying clay creations (with the bodyguards) to the middle of a large platoon and perform any of his highest explosive tech, be it the one that killes him or the sublimation tech he invented to kill Itachi (sorry cant remember tech names). Since they are Edo's, Deidera, Muu and Nagato would just reform after the explosion was over and fly off the the next biggest platoon to repeat the process.
An alternative would be to have Muu sneak into the center of a platoon when he is invisible and then have him summon Deidera and do the explosion tech. Or Have Muu do hist Dust Tech or have Nagato do the "Almighty Push" that destroyed Konaha and would have killed everyone if it wasnt for a Giant blue slug... And with the Ability of Nagato to suck an enemy towards him, or at least force him not to move, combined with either the Dust tech or Deidara's Explosives could kill any and all of the pwerhouses in the Narutoverse, again with the possible exception of Tobi.
I honestly think if Kabuto approached the war like this and didn't put so much effort into finding all the bodies and other sacrifices for the random, not so helpful Edo's, that he could very easily whittle down both Tobis forces and the Allied Shinobi forces to less than 5% of what they currently are, defeating powerhouses and scattered groups would be slightly more difficult than destroyes the masses of both armys, but i still think kabuto could do it if his thought process was ruthless enough.
