I find it funny how people say that since most of his edos are gone, they don't count anymore. When we talk about this stuff, we talk about the ninja in their prime people! I mean, by the logic of some of you, Jiraya is actually tied for the worst ninja because he's dead. And anyone could beat a dead person. Get real people. We talk about ninja at their best, which is Kabuto with all of his edos.

Also, you have to count his edos as part of his power, because honestly, if he were in a regular 1 v 1 fight, he would summon them. He wouldn't think "Aw, this is unfair, I won't use my edos". He would summon them, and he would win. End of story.

Kabuto is the strongest. If he had been smart he could have soloed the entire war.

Him surrounded by his army of edo's along with his SM and Manda along with all his snake abilities and S4 He would own even Naruto.
