kabuto>tobi , unless kabuto has more rinnegan jutsu , being: CT,ST,BT
or being able too perform edo tensei , as he was shown by kabuto how to do it , when he had his sharingan activated

Kabuto is stronger. Edo Madara can beat Tobi. And the Zetsu army won't even be a problem, Edo army>>>>>Zetsu army. So it's SM Kabuto, Edo Madara, the past Kages, and Akatsuki vs Tobi and his paths plus the beasts. Also, Kabuto may be able to just seal his 6 Paths since they are Edos.
